If I could give this company of scam artists ZERO stars I would. The salesman James will promise that everything will make it to your destination safely and swiftly, when in reality my things were sitting in a warehouse for over week before it even left its initial parting point. James pressures you to pay and seal the deal “since he has a truck ready to go to your destination.” Then, you’re left to deal with Roxy who is “dispatch supervisor”. She can’t even tell you where your belongings are located even though her job titled is clear as to what her responsibilities are.

This company doesn’t communicate or care about you once you pay them. They grab your money and run like the scam artists do.

Not to mention the WORST part. They will hire the cheapest labor that will violate, rummage, break, and steal from you. We had TVs, electronics, other personal belongings, AND TOYS stolen from us. The people they hired to move our stuff were of the lowest of the low who STOLE AND RUMMAGED THROUGH MY 5 YEAR OLD’S TOYS. MY FIVE YEAR OLD HAS A DISABILITY AND NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY COUNTLESS TOYS HE IS ATTACHED TO ARE MISSING.

My husband and I brought this up to United American moving and storage and they have been radio silent. We also paid for insurance. Was that insurance a lie ? This company is great at ghosting you once they have your money and will not take any responsibility, accountability, or even try to COMMUNICATE (the least they could do). This company kept telling us they pride themselves in their “excellent customer service, communication, and would be with us every step of our move.” It’s the total opposite. They got their money and disappeared.

If you want to feel disrespected, scammed and violated this company is right for you.

☘️? United American moving and storage went over and beyond with the moving services. I needed a relocate from Orion Oklahoma. I had a four bedroom house and I had one relative that lives near me that helped that was it. So I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. I didn’t have much money so I needed an honest price with an honest company.

These guys were clean shaved, which I thought was hilarious because when I signed up, my booking agent said how professional the guys look let alone work. I found that out firsthand and I was more than happy with the service that I paid for. Everything that I was told went as such I did get charged $30 more for a couple mattress covers, but that was absolutely my fault.most importantly, my stuff got delivered within 10 days from working in the Oklahoma. I have a drive with three dogs so that was very challenging. I couldn’t have done it without United American moving and storage. United American Moving and Storage made life so much easier for my family and me during our move to our forever home. The crew was extremely professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and arrived exactly on time. They loaded all my furniture, drove an hour and a half, and unloaded everything the same day. Fantastic job! I did my homework and compared many companies, both large and small, but United American Moving and Storage gave me the confidence I needed with their reassurances, making me feel like I had chosen the right company. They were also flexible, offering to adjust my moving date without penalties in case we faced delays with our closing.

I first heard about United American Moving and Storage through a local radio show and thought, why not give them a try? I’m so glad I did!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There have been 30 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years. Unfortunately, I did not find out about that until after my horrendous experience with this company. My property was picked up on July 4, 2024. I was told that because it was a move of 2000 miles or more the company had 21 business days for delivery. When I inquired what date that would be, I was shuffled from Roxy, Amanda, Shannon, Brandon to each other and never given an answer, This company contracted with MNS transport who's point person is "Frankie". 21 days came and went. Then "Frankie" told me that I contracted for 30 days storage. Total LIE. I waited 2 1/2 months for delivery getting the run around and finally just ignored. When the delivery came it was only 1/2 my stuff and there were damaged items. I made a police report and waited a total of 3 months to receive the totality of my stuff. The second delivery driver Called me at 1 a.m and demanded to deliver at that time. Keep in mind the delivery also includes putting furniture back together. When I said this was unacceptable, without telling me, the driver dumped my stuff in the parking lot/sidewalk of my apartment building in the rain and left it there. I discovered it there when I went outside in the morning. More damaged and missing items. I asked for my money back for the entire experience and was told that to ask for that is unfathomable. I have pictures, texts, emails of all of this.

The bait and switch, got a quote, I made it clear a moving company moved my stuff into storage in a 24 ft truck, 1 load. They gave me a quote based on that. When I had left the state and they sent someone lo load my stuff they called and said we need $2500 more. What are you to do? your at your house in another state waiting for you belongings so you pay it. I made it clear one truck and do not put my stuff in a warehouse, they assured me it was coming direct. It did not, they showed up in a Enterprize rental 24 ft truck at ^:30 at night until midnight unloading. a few days later I noticed a tall heavy wrought iron candle stand was missing. After many calls it was in the warehouse in LA. I was told they would ship it, 2 months later still not here. Today I was told they would ship it if I paid the shipping through FedEX,, are you kidding me. Reported to the BBB. I will make it my mission to put as many reviews I can to inform others to not hire this company.!!! Other items were missing i am not pursuing, just the last gift my brother gave me before he died, My unique Candle stand

The bait and switch. I signed an agreement for one price, James B. assured me of their excellent care. Another moving company came to pick up my stuff, with an estimate that was $1000 more than the original. Unfortunately, I neglected to print out thie estimate and now it is unavailable to me. I called and spoke to one person, Roxy in dispatch, who agreed to send me the estimate again, but it was still unavailable. I tried 4 different phone numbers to American United and no one answered. I'm stuck paying the new expensive price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ANY positive review has most likely been done by an employee, a friend, or a relative of these criminals! Want proof? Go to YELP where they have several removed from names matching those in the company! They misrepresent themselves, get a deposit, and double the cost once it's too late... expecting YOU the customer to be able to give an accurate description of everything being moved, estimate on boxes, etc. knowing full well that you are naive with how their scam works! They have been reported to the Florida Attorney General for deceptive business practices, as well as the BBB! You will LOSE if you give them anything resembling money!

We had a fantastic experience with United American Moving and Storage! Setting up the initial consultation was easy, and getting everything arranged was a breeze. The coordinator, Kyle ,Roxy, and the rest of the crew, were incredibly professional, fast, and made us feel at ease while they were in our home. They handled everything with great care, packing and moving everything safely and securely. I'm extremely happy with their service and can't wait for them to deliver our belongings to our new home. I would definitely use them again without hesitation!
