☘️? United American moving and storage went over and beyond with the moving services. I needed a relocate from Orion Oklahoma. I had a four bedroom house and I had one relative that lives near me that helped that was it. So I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. I didn’t have much money so I needed an honest price with an honest company.

These guys were clean shaved, which I thought was hilarious because when I signed up, my booking agent said how professional the guys look let alone work. I found that out firsthand and I was more than happy with the service that I paid for. Everything that I was told went as such I did get charged $30 more for a couple mattress covers, but that was absolutely my fault.most importantly, my stuff got delivered within 10 days from working in the Oklahoma. I have a drive with three dogs so that was very challenging. I couldn’t have done it without United American moving and storage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There have been 30 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years. Unfortunately, I did not find out about that until after my horrendous experience with this company. My property was picked up on July 4, 2024. I was told that because it was a move of 2000 miles or more the company had 21 business days for delivery. When I inquired what date that would be, I was shuffled from Roxy, Amanda, Shannon, Brandon to each other and never given an answer, This company contracted with MNS transport who's point person is "Frankie". 21 days came and went. Then "Frankie" told me that I contracted for 30 days storage. Total LIE. I waited 2 1/2 months for delivery getting the run around and finally just ignored. When the delivery came it was only 1/2 my stuff and there were damaged items. I made a police report and waited a total of 3 months to receive the totality of my stuff. The second delivery driver Called me at 1 a.m and demanded to deliver at that time. Keep in mind the delivery also includes putting furniture back together. When I said this was unacceptable, without telling me, the driver dumped my stuff in the parking lot/sidewalk of my apartment building in the rain and left it there. I discovered it there when I went outside in the morning. More damaged and missing items. I asked for my money back for the entire experience and was told that to ask for that is unfathomable. I have pictures, texts, emails of all of this.

United American Moving and Storage made life so much easier for my family and me during our move to our forever home. The crew was extremely professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and arrived exactly on time. They loaded all my furniture, drove an hour and a half, and unloaded everything the same day. Fantastic job! I did my homework and compared many companies, both large and small, but United American Moving and Storage gave me the confidence I needed with their reassurances, making me feel like I had chosen the right company. They were also flexible, offering to adjust my moving date without penalties in case we faced delays with our closing.

I first heard about United American Moving and Storage through a local radio show and thought, why not give them a try? I’m so glad I did!

If I could give this company of scam artists ZERO stars I would. The salesman James will promise that everything will make it to your destination safely and swiftly, when in reality my things were sitting in a warehouse for over week before it even left its initial parting point. James pressures you to pay and seal the deal “since he has a truck ready to go to your destination.” Then, you’re left to deal with Roxy who is “dispatch supervisor”. She can’t even tell you where your belongings are located even though her job titled is clear as to what her responsibilities are.

This company doesn’t communicate or care about you once you pay them. They grab your money and run like the scam artists do.

Not to mention the WORST part. They will hire the cheapest labor that will violate, rummage, break, and steal from you. We had TVs, electronics, other personal belongings, AND TOYS stolen from us. The people they hired to move our stuff were of the lowest of the low who STOLE AND RUMMAGED THROUGH MY 5 YEAR OLD’S TOYS. MY FIVE YEAR OLD HAS A DISABILITY AND NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY COUNTLESS TOYS HE IS ATTACHED TO ARE MISSING.

My husband and I brought this up to United American moving and storage and they have been radio silent. We also paid for insurance. Was that insurance a lie ? This company is great at ghosting you once they have your money and will not take any responsibility, accountability, or even try to COMMUNICATE (the least they could do). This company kept telling us they pride themselves in their “excellent customer service, communication, and would be with us every step of our move.” It’s the total opposite. They got their money and disappeared.

If you want to feel disrespected, scammed and violated this company is right for you.

Two months ago, I hired United American Moving and Storage for a move. This company is amazing to work with—they went over and beyond to make sure our move was as stress-free as possible and handled our belongings with care. United American Moving and Storage provided me with a quote for a 4-6 hour move, and they impressively finished the job in just over 4 hours. The team of three guys not only protected my furniture but also helped clean my carport. They were very friendly and made the stressful situation a lot easier, with plenty of laughs that helped the time fly by. They got a lot done in 4 hours, and I was impressed. Had to move my parents' things and wanted to make sure I found a good moving company. I decided to go with United American Moving and Storage, even though they were a bit more expensive than my budget. It turned out to be a great choice. They did exactly what they promised and took great care of my parents' belongings. I felt confident and relieved knowing they were in good hands. BEWARE. Please, do not give this company your business.

They advertise, "Binding To Not Exceed price, protecting you from ANY surprises down the road" but this isn't what they practice.

You'll get a low cost move until you pay the deposit, just to earn your business. (Paid July 22, 2024) Immediately after, you'll see those numbers begin to increase as they squeeze you for more money. You're trapped. Pay the increase or they'll cancel your move last minute. (Threaten to cancel on 26 July 2024 with a move date of 28 July 2024)

They'll subcontract out the move to someone who subcontracts out their move until it's beyond messy. There's no continuity within the organization. Then your movers no called and no showed, (July 28th, 2024). On July 29th, 2024 someone came to move our items.

Your household goods are used as a pawn to "pay or else" as prices are marked up. Pay the deposit and watch the total change by thousands. On the day of the move, over $700 is added for "fuel", when the move location(s) did not change. Movers will unnecessarily require you to crate items to mark up the cost even more. Cubic feet is more than doubled on paper to drive up the cost of the move. (July 28th, 2024)

They state your items will arrive within 3-5 days. Later you hear 7-10 days before delivery. Again, no communication and no estimated delivery dates are available. It is likely items were placed in complimentary storage and we'll get a call when it's "our turn" to be delivered.

Without warning or communication, your items will be removed from [30-day complimentary] storage after 11 days from the date of pick up and you'll be told to be home for delivery within hours or pay for "re-delivery" and storage. (Confirmed delivery via text at 8:39pm on Aug 9th, 2024, for August 10th, 2024).

You'll meet all financial obligations and still not have your items delivered. Your grandmother's sewing machine, items from Afghanistan, and other sentimental items will be held hostage, forcing you to seek legal action. You're out thousands of dollars, ($4,000 originally quoted, but $6222+ in mark-ups from sub-contracted sub-contractors), and they won't follow their own contract. They did not deliver on August 10th, 2024. We had to contact law enforcement to report the moving company. We have been threatened to be charged additional fees with law enforcement present.

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

Oh my God, oh my God when you’re making a long distance move it is so stressful. I cannot stand talking to all these companies. My phone is ringing off the hook. I don’t know what it was, but something in my gut told me to speak with United American moving and storage. I liked everything I heard they were the only company to show me a contract with all of my guarantees in black-and-white. Everybody else barely spoke. English was trying to give me some lowball price without even speaking to me for five minutes. These guys did not pressure me. They basically told me what I would be expecting if I wanted to go with them great if not, I didn’t have to. Everything was flawless guys they were dressed appropriate. They even put booties on their feet so they didn’t tear up my brand new carpet

They clearly explained all fees and how the process would work, giving great advice on the most efficient options and answering all my questions. Dont trust fake reviews. They will give you one estimate and have you sign for it. Then they'll double it and tell you if you don't agree, they'll charge you anyway. There is no cancelation option. They just hustle people and scam them into charging what they want either during your move or a few days out. They try to trap you with a contract that claims your estimate won't exceed the agreed cost and then change it. My estimate went from 2200 to 3645 overnight. They tried to coerce me into giving them 500 immediately on top of the 850 I already paid two days before my move or they would not move me and they would still keep the 850. They said if I cancelled, they would also keep the 850 even though this was 2 days after I had reserved. Absolute criminals. They prey on military families in particular and have absolutely no empathy. This is a predatory company and should not be trusted.

I recently hired United American Moving and Storage, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. As they were helping my elderly father move, a few of his chickens escaped from the coop. Without hesitation, the movers went above and beyond by helping to round up the chickens and safely get them back into the coop.

But their outstanding service didn't stop there. They also carried my father, in his chair, out to the moving truck, ensuring his comfort and safety throughout the process. They took extra care by wrapping his chair and placing it in a specific spot in the truck so my father knew his favorite chair was safe. The movers were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend United American Moving and Storage for their exceptional care and dedication.

I hired United American Moving and Storage after getting a few quotes from other movers. They were the most reasonably priced and the most friendly to speak with. I had a fairly full 10x20 storage unit that needed to be loaded and moved 20 minutes away to my new 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The manager at my local location, Danny, quoted me 3 movers for 4-6 hours.

When I tell you these guys hustled, I mean they HUSTLED! They were extremely professional and worked incredibly fast. They secured all of my belongings and made sure to take extra special care with my most important items.

They finished the entire job in just under 4 hours, placed all my furniture exactly where I wanted it, and even helped put together my dining room table before they left.

Overall, their communication and service were excellent. While I’m hoping not to have to move again anytime soon, I’ll be sure to use United American Moving and Storage if I do.

I am writing this with tears in my eyes due to frustration. I initially spoke with James we discussed everything..elevator at storage and elevator at my new address was told no elevator fees…the mover arrives in a U-Haul type truck puts my stuff in there and tells my sister it’s being transferred to a warehouse? WTH! Was never told that by James…the guy also charges me an elevator fee and long haul fee an extra 175.00! I immediately call n text Roxy and James and they both claim they couldn’t get into my file..they then say if it’s 100 feet to elevator my sister made a video to show they pulled the truck pretty much right up to the elevator…now my furniture will be sitting somewhere till they have a full load to come to Philadelphia from Las Vegas…was never advised that was the process I wish I would of went with another broker..I’ve never experienced this before with a cross country move.. praying I get my furniture?? just horrible experience

United American Moving and Storage sent me an email acknowledging Frankie at Mns Transport moving and Storage has my property they forgot to load when switching trucks, its been 5 months and last email stated they would send it whenever they have a truck heading to idaho, or ship it but that cost to much, its heavy,, and they would only send my property after I remove the reviews. DO NOT USE UNITED AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE OR MNS TRANSPORT MOVING AND STORAGE. I have had a dozen people contact me from my reviews with thier horror stories, from theft to deliveries months past the due date, Broken items, and these companies are known to block your number, I told one person to *67 first and finally he got through to Frankie who still won't give him a delivery date. Look at BBB reviews for more complaints

My wife and I made a long distance move from Ocala Florida to the great state of Nebraska. I'm prior military, so I've made many many moves in my life, I highly recommend United American moving in storage. I will say I only took their phone call because of their name and me being a veteran, but it must've been a blessing in disguise, because I got the same service that I got when the military moved me using Allied Mayflower, the companies that charge $15,000 no less than $8000. This company was a lot cheaper than the big-name companies a provided the same level of service if not even better. And I support local mom and pop shops. They are a family owned and operated company. So I highly recommend them and hopefully me and my wife are in our forever home so we don't need the move. But I will recommend you guys to anybody that needs to move friends or family, thank you for sending me this link. I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner. This move took place in April 2022.

We recently used United American Moving And Storage for a move from Palm Harbor to Naples.

The communication with Danny and Katelyn from the beginning was amazing. We spoke and went through a very detailed inventory process over the phone. This was refreshing since we didn't want to have a middle man/sales rep come into our home and try to sell us moving services. Within 1 hour after hanging up the phone, the owner had a very detailed estimate in my inbox. He even provided me with a few money saving options which I decided against, I chose to have them do it all. The pricing was competitive, the service sounded fantastic, we saw hundreds of 5-star reviews online and we decided to hire them. This was a decent sized job, 2 trucks moving a 2900 sq ft home and they knocked it out of the park. The team of 6 was amazing, polite and very hard working. They protected our furniture and were cautious in both of our homes. This was the best moving experience we have ever had after using 7+ companies over the past 30 years. We are loving life in Naples now, thank you United American Moving And Storage

We were really disappointed with our first experience from a different moving company after they moved only half of our furniture & our belongings, we had to wait 3 weeks before they even contacted us again. We reached out to United American, moving and storage, we located what warehouse the first company brought our belongings to. United American moving and storage arrived two days later ALMOST got in a scuffle, even with the previous moving company, However, they achieve their goal and safely loaded everything onto the truck. They repacked some boxes because the first company was a bunch of basement movers, and didn’t properly wrap or take care of everything, also, we had damaged boxes. The previous company supposedly sent

professional movers showed up and acted like we owed them something or were working for them instead of them working for us. But after my experience with United American moving and storage, I’ve gained back trust from the moving industry as not everyone is alike. These guys handled everything smoothly and professionally.

I wish I read some of the other reviews before doing business with United American Moving and Storage. they are 100% a scam company. I saw they replied to some of the reviews saying that the reviewer weren’t clients or whatever, so in case that happens here, I definitely am reviewing the correct company and I was an actual client. I’ll lay out my entire experience so hopefully someone doesn’t get scammed in the same way they got me. I was planning a move from Idaho to Tennessee. I made the mistake if filling out something online to get a quote from companies. I was overwhelmed with all the people that reached out. I was getting very expensive quotes and so we decided we will do it ourself. then a guy named Jason from United American moving and Storage left me a voicemail saying they have a truck that is already going to be in Idaho delivering a military guy’s belongings and then the truck would be heading back to Florida. rather than go back empty they could deliver my stuff to Tennessee on the way for a much cheaper price than anyone else. he did the math on what it would cost me to do it myself and then said he would have to check with his supervisor to see if they could do it for around the same price. we went through my entire inventory and he gave me a price that was almost what it would cost for me to rent a uhaul and do it all myself. sounded like a good deal so I took him up on it. then a couple weeks before the move another person from the company emailed asking for measurement of everything not in a box as well as the total number of boxes. I spent a long time trying to be as accurate and diligent as I could. when I gave the numbers about a week before delivery, she said it was now going to be over twice the price. they said I had more than originally estimated. I don’t know how they were that far off so we negotiated on the price a bit and they were able to bring it down some more. surely since I gave them all my measurements, this would be the accurate final price. they estimated 1400 cubic feet. fast forward to moving day. first, they came the day after the day I requested and the driver said he would be there in the morning but it wasn’t until the afternoon. curious, as they said the truck was already going to be in the area delivering the military guy, but the truck driver said they had come from Seattle. so that was another red flag. they had a 2000 cubic feet truck, so surely enough room for the 1400 cubic feet of stuff that Roxy had said I had. nope! truck completely full with about $1000 worth of belongings that would not fit on the truck. I literally had to throw some stuff away and give the rest to my neighbors because we were leaving the next morning and had no other option. and the cost was now almost $9K more than what Jason originally quoted!!! and you don’t know that until everything is loaded up and on the truck. so at this point there is no option. I called, I emailed 3 different people from the company, and to no surprise I received no answers or responses. completely ghosted me and now I was stuck with this crappy moving company that had my stuff and was terrible at communication. I told them that we were closing on my house in 7 days and that would be the first delivery date. they called me 2 days later and said they would be delivering it the next day. I said that’s impossible because I don’t own the house yet. they got mad and said I told them I wanted it delivered right away, which was never said to anyone. there were several other communication issues and it was an all around awful experience. I could keep going but hopefully you get the point by now. Do not, by any means, do business with this company. they are scam artists.

I can’t tell you how stressful this moving process has been with us being a military family. We’ve moved five times in the past seven years. But we were getting prices so high and low ones were just companies that had horrible reviews. Until we find united American, and Daniel made the process very simple and insured us that we’re in great hands, and that everything will go smooth. He even gave us a lot of knowledge that even us as moving as much as we have didn’t have before that made this move a lot easier. Our move was from Texas to California. Hopefully it is our last one but things to united American moving and storage and their family owned company. They made this the best move by far we’ve ever made definitely worth the money if you’re trying to have a stress-free move. ??
